The emergence of the new technologies as well as the huge amount of information that the citizen receives every day, makes every citizen in a stakeholders or interest group to be considered in our strategies. As the paradigm company - entity VS user - citizen has changed, the entity must be understood as one more piece of a global society. Therefore, it must not only establish communication channels with governments, media, associations and institutional representatives or decision-makers; today, citizens´values, tastes, experiences and desires must be taken into account and considered another agent that surrounds the company.
